In order to place an order, it's necessary to have your own account with Pryntco Print Design & Signs. To create one, navigate to the upper right corner of the screen and click on "Login". On this page, you can see the Sign Up section and fill in all the required fields with your complete details. Once completed, check your registered email address for a verification email from us.

Alternatively, you can also log in using your Google or Facebook account via the login page.

Navigate to "My Account" and select "My Profile". Then, simply replace the current contact information with your updated details, and remember to click "Update" to confirm the changes.

Navigate to "My Account" and select "Change Password". Enter your current password followed by your desired new password in the designated fields.

Within your My Account section, you'll find an option labeled "Deactivate Account". Simply provide the reason for deactivation, and your account will be deactivated. Please be aware that deactivating your account will result in the loss of all saved designs. If you decide to reactivate your account in the future, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Select the product you would like to order, choose the required size, quantity, material, finishing and turnaround options, then upload your artwork or use an available design option. Review the calculated price and order details before completing payment.

Contact Pryntco as soon as possible if you need to change an order. Changes may be possible before the artwork is approved or production begins. Once production has started, additional charges may apply or the order may no longer be changed.

After your order has been dispatched, you can track its progress by clicking on the "Track My Order" button located in the My Orders section of your account.

We provide instant online pricing for our products. The price of your order will be displayed on the Product Order page. Please keep in mind that this may vary based on the specifications you select for the product (such as paper type, size, color, quantity, etc.).

Pryntco offers business cards, stationery, flyers, brochures, postcards, menus, labels, stickers, signs, banners and other custom printing products. Browse the product categories in the main menu or contact us for a custom project that is not listed online.

There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.

1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.

2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.

3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.

Paper stock describes the type, weight and finish of the material used for printing. Lighter paper stocks are commonly used for letterheads, flyers and documents, while heavier card stocks are used for business cards, postcards, greeting cards and presentation materials. Available weights and finishes vary by product.

Gloss paper has a shiny surface that makes colours and photographs appear brighter. Matte paper has a smoother, low-shine finish that reduces glare and gives text and designs a clean appearance. The best choice depends on the product, design and intended use.

The turnaround time depends on the specific product and is determined by the number of business days required for production. We will initiate processing your order once the following criteria are met:

The print-ready artwork has been uploaded
Full payment has been received
The customer has approved the PDF proof

Shipping charges are calculated using the size, quantity and weight of the order, the destination postal code and the selected delivery service. The available shipping options and applicable cost will be shown during checkout or included in your custom quote.

Our delivery services encompass the entire process from processing and printing to drying, packaging, and shipping your order to you. The speed of delivery varies depending on product availability and the shipping address.

We recommend supplying print artwork in CMYK colour format whenever possible. RGB files can be submitted, but they may be converted to CMYK for production, which can cause some colours to appear different in the finished print.

For the best print quality, photographs and raster images should normally be supplied at 300 dpi at the final printed size. Low-resolution images may appear blurry or pixelated when printed, especially when enlarged.

Pryntco uses different printing methods depending on the product, quantity, material, turnaround time and project requirements. These may include digital, offset and large-format printing. Our team will select the most suitable production method for the order.

You have the freedom to personalize any product from our selection. Whether it's business cards or posters, our custom printing service is here to provide you with the tools necessary to promote your business effectively.

We strive to achieve the closest possible color match for your artwork. Yet, exact replication isn't always guaranteed due to factors like texture, finish, and material type used in the project, which may impact the colors on the final printed product.

Images may appear blurry in print due to low resolution, resulting in pixelation. To address this issue, use an image with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

The website calculates pricing based on the product specifications you select, including size, quantity, material, printing sides, finishing and turnaround time. Applicable taxes, shipping, design work, installation or other optional services may be added before checkout.
